Old Coast Road

I’d been looking forward to driving Old Coast Road since I’d picked up a copy of California Coastal Byways (book review here). It made for a fun day trip, but with a lot of driving to get there and back from San Jose.

This was an early outing for Andy’s newly upgraded Land Rover Discovery too, although the dirt road is generally graded well enough to be suitable even to passenger cars when it is dry.
