Overland Journal

After my post comparing US and UK offroading magazines, I’ve just discovered a relatively new offering. It’s called Overland Journal and it looks more like the UK mags, but it’s made here. It’s also less general than all the other magazines, with a focus on expeditions and gear.

Today I received my copies of the three issues they have had so far, and on first glance I am favorably impressed. They seem pretty Land Rover-centric, but I’m generally OK with that. The layout seems rather nice. Other than that, I’ll actually have to read these issues before I can comment more.
