In MapSource, the saved upload becomes the basis for the updated waypoint list in the GPS. In the left pane, the waypoints are sorted by icon which allows me to quickly select and delete all of the found and unfound geocaches, and all found benchmarks. Old routes and tracks are also deleted, and what is left is saved as the new master file.
