Unscrew the four mounting screws that hold the factory speaker in place. These are clearly labeled in the instructions. Once those are out, carefully pull the speaker out and disconnect the factory wiring plug by lifting the securing tab on the plug and pulling. (This is a lot easier than it looks in the picture becuse I'm holding the camera with one hand!)
