Inside, there is a fine selection of artisanal cheese if you want to pay twenty, thirty, or more dollars per pound. This aspect of the "slow food" movement strikes a weird chord with me. Odd how I never see it discussed. Looks good though and we picked up a reasonably-priced sampler bag for $25. Cowgirl Creamery's organic Mt. Tam triple cream cheese was outstanding.
