That night Snow Peak put on a party. Fresh off another cooking gig, Zach and his Overland Gourmet henchmen again blew everyone away with fantastic sausages, spiced and flamed Jim Beam tomatoes with jalapeños, while SNow Peak poured the sake! There was a raffle (I won a titanium spork - thanks!) and it was all great, great fun. Thanks to Zach & crew and Snow Peak!
