Dehydrated Thai Style Chicken was on the menu for our dinner. It was pretty tasty and mild, which was good for Allison but I'd have much preferred there be some spicy heat in the mix. Still, it was nice to relax with a warm meal and a cold beer after a very full day. Not long after dinner, we were sleeping well! Tomorrow would be another exciting day.
