On the first trip, we made our way north on Skyline, and then down to the coast via La Honda Road. We stopped for some pictures here and there but the haze was worse than normal because of the Lockheed Fire near Santa Cruz. I located a few easy benchmarks along the way for fun before we reached the coast. Once we got to Highway 1 the smoke was no longer an issue and the weather was great.
