We swung though a parking area so I could point out the trailhead, and we discovered that almost very vehicle in the lot (and others that had since left) had been broken into by some lowlife. Apparently it's common in this lot, since it's so secluded and the mountain bikers are usually gone for a while. I'd love to see the person(s) that did this get caught and thoroughly punished.
