We hit the part of the course with very fine, powdery sand just as it was getting dark. By now I was conflicted by the rally instructions (which apparently had an error, listing a much too slow overall speed needed), which dictated that I drive almost at idling speed, but we were in this fine sand where you really wanted to keep up your momentum.
