On the hike back, Allison wants to climb on this rock outcropping. What kid could resist? She wants one for our backyard. :)

From here it was a uneventful but pleasant hike back to the parking lot to conclude our visit. We got there just after the sun had dipped behind the mountains to the west. It was a nice afternoon, and a fine alternative to shopping!
