The INTI rack uses several of these bolts that have steel rings welded to the heads. These are nice as the permit some customization of the rack and support bars, and without the need for wrenches, while at the same time being useful as tie-down points. This one at the left-rear corner of the rack prevented the awning from mounting close to the rack though, so I replaced it with a conventional hex-head bolt.
