My local OSH hardware store didn't carry the correct (#12) size hose clamps, so I trimmed down larger ones. This required extra effort (cutting off excess length and then smoothing any sharp edges (shown here). On the plus side, I was able to save a few bucks by buying them in a bulk package of ten.
