December, 2010 brought another trip to visit family in Oregon.

It would be a good trip, complete with rain, snow, hailstorms, wind, and even a funnel cloud off the coast of the town just south of us. From prior visits, we knew that snow and ice can close the highways in Oregon, but this time we only ran into some small delays.

This first gallery covers the drive up from San Jose, up to our visit to Rogue HQ and the aquarium in Newport on day four of our trip.
