This purple building was obviously painted to draw attention. Someone really doesn't like Oregon's Department of Transporation (ODOT) if they went to all this trouble to rant about them. The impression of crankiness was further enhanced when we noticed a Confederate flag on a corner of the property (far left of photo.)
